FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

1. Do you take commissions? Yes! I love bringing unique ideas to life. If you’ve got a project in mind, feel free to reach out via the Contact form. (Link below)

2. What’s the best way to contact you? Carrier pigeons take too long, so the easiest way is through the contact form on my website. I usually respond within 48 hours—unless I’m in the middle of a creative frenzy!

3. Can I buy your art directly from the website? Absolutely! Just head over to the Products page where you can browse my latest creations. If you see something you like, just add it to your cart, and it will be shipped to you faster than you can say, “Masterpiece!”

4. Do you offer prints of your original artwork? Yes, I do offer prints. If the original is a little out of your budget, you can still enjoy high-quality prints that are much friendlier to your wallet (and your walls).

5. How long does it take to receive my order? For in-stock items, it generally takes 7-10 business days. Commissions or custom orders may take longer, but I’ll keep you updated. No one likes waiting in the dark!

6. Do you ship internationally? I sure do! Just know that international shipping times can vary, and additional fees (like customs) may apply. But hey, good art is worth the wait, right?

7. What if the artwork I received doesn’t look like what I expected? Art can be a little subjective, but if something seems off or not quite what you imagined, let’s talk. I want you to be completely happy with your purchase, so I’m happy to work with you on a solution.

8. Can I return or exchange a piece of art? While I generally don’t accept returns on original pieces (they’re one of a kind, after all), we can discuss options if there’s an issue. Prints and merchandise may be eligible for returns or exchanges within 14 days—just make sure they’re in original condition.

9. What materials do you use? I work with a variety of mediums—acrylics mostly, colored pencils, digital tools and sculpture to name a few. I only use high-quality materials because your art deserves to stand the test of time (and possibly survive a few coffee spills).

10. Can I repost your art on social media? Thank you for asking! Yes, you can share my work as long as you give proper credit and link back to my site or social media. Let’s spread the creativity responsibly! (social link icons below)

11. Do you ever do live events or gallery showings? I sure do! Keep an eye on my Events page for updates on exhibitions, workshops, and other appearances. Maybe we can meet in person (no pressure).
